What is available now

You can apply for a business partnership or register for launch or courier updates. Applications do not create a seller account, publish a listing, reserve an exclusive territory or guarantee acceptance, orders, income or a launch date. No payment, subscription or joining charge starts when you apply.

Who can apply

We welcome independently owned restaurants, cafés, food shops and suitable high-street retailers. You must be at least 18 and authorised to provide the business information. The first pilot focuses on Shrewsbury, but businesses elsewhere can register interest. Large multinational chains are outside the intended founding cohort.

Review and launch

We will assess suitability, contact details, operating arrangements and relevant food or product requirements before accepting a business. Food businesses will need appropriate registration, accurate menu and allergen information, and satisfactory checks before any ordering is enabled. Photos, menus and product information will be requested separately with permission to use them.

Proposed fees

The indicative pilot proposal is £29 per location per month plus a 3% platform fee on order value for collection or merchant-managed delivery. VAT where applicable, payment processing and delivery are additional. It is a proposal for discussion, not an active paid service. Final pricing, cancellation provisions and any trial period will be agreed in a separate written partner agreement.

Delivery and ordering

There are no customer orders or courier jobs available through this site yet. We do not promise same-day coverage, delivery times, courier earnings or availability. Courier interest is not an offer of employment or work. Customer ordering terms, merchant settlement arrangements and delivery responsibilities will be provided before those services launch.

Please provide accurate information that you are permitted to share. Do not submit bank credentials, identity documents, customer data, abusive content or illegal material. We may decline applications or remove inappropriate submissions. Read our privacy notice for how information is handled.

Contact and access

Contact us to correct or withdraw an application. We may update the application service and these terms; changes will not create a payment obligation without a separate agreement. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
