Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice covers Streetmorrow’s applications and launch-interest service. Streetmorrow is a trading name of Naveriq Limited (company 17370751), the controller of this information. Contact ross.george@naveriq.co.uk or write to 34–35 Butcher Row, Shrewsbury, SY1 1UW.
What we collect and why
For business applications we collect business type, trading name, town, postcode, optional website and food registration details, what you offer, fulfilment preference and your contact name, role, email and optional telephone number. We use this to evaluate an application, contact you about it and plan the pilot. Our basis is legitimate interests in recruiting and operating business partnerships; where you personally request steps towards a contract, that basis may also apply.
For launch updates and courier interest we collect your email, postcode, the type of updates requested, and a record of your consent. We use your consent to send only those updates. No application adds you to a general marketing list. Withdraw at any time by emailing us or using an unsubscribe link in any future marketing email.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in our hosted database using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Only authorised administration access is intended to show application records. Hosting providers may process technical and security information as service providers. Information may be processed outside the UK, subject to the providers’ applicable safeguards. We do not sell applicant information or make applications publicly visible.
We use Resend to deliver application confirmation emails. Your email address and application reference are shared for this purpose, and we retain send status and provider message identifiers to investigate delivery problems. This is a service message, not a marketing subscription. Email providers may process this information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards.
The application uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our application tables; hosting providers may keep security logs under their policies. Submission references and timestamps help us investigate errors.
Retention
We review unsuccessful applications and inactive interest registrations for deletion after 12 months unless a continuing discussion or another documented reason requires retention. If you join, we provide the applicable partner privacy information. Abuse-prevention counters expire after 24 hours and are cleared during subsequent requests. Administration audit records support access and change accountability.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request restriction and portability where applicable. Contact ross.george@naveriq.co.uk with your submission reference if you have it. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and device storage
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The private administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies controlled by the hosting platform. A one-time activation code may be held temporarily in the administrator’s browser session and is cleared after activation. The iPhone app stores a postcode and application references locally only if you choose to save them. Saved references include the reference, the time you saved it and its confirmation-email status; they do not include your application contact details. You can forget the postcode or remove saved references in the app. Removing a local reference does not withdraw your application. These settings may be included in your device backup according to your Apple settings.
Payments and children
No card or bank details are requested in this application service. Ordering, merchant settlements and delivery are not live. This service is intended for adult applicants and customers; please do not submit information about children or sensitive personal information.
